Il Milione is an intimate and exclusive gastronomic experience conceived by Martín Berasategui and Paolo Casagrande.
Inspired by Marco Polo’s spirit of exploration, Il Milione offers a singular culinary journey where haute cuisine, sensitivity and attention to detail come together to engage all the senses. A privileged setting above Lasarte’s kitchen, where light, aromas and sound subtly accompany every moment of the experience.
Il Milione can be enjoyed exclusively as a Private Experience or in a Shared Table format, offering different ways to experience the exploration.
Il Milione: the origin
Il Milione takes its name from the celebrated Book of the Marvels of the World, the work that recounts Marco Polo’s journeys beyond the known frontiers of his time.
Inspired by that same spirit of discovery, Martín Berasategui and Paolo Casagrande have conceived a gastronomic journey that connects cultures, ingredients, techniques and influences gathered throughout their careers and travels.
